Introduction:
Google Meet or Hangouts Meet is used for online video conferencing service. As we also do have a license, Google for Non-Profits, Google has given us this feature since we enrolled in Google Suite. To use this feature, we encourage you to enroll in @necase.ca email.

How to use:
A. You can be host
OR
B. You can be an attendee

Simple instruction
A. To be the host
i. You have to generate the meeting link
ii. Invite attendees by emailing the meeting link or adding a user at the time of the meeting
iii. You might need to do screen share for presentation

B. To be the attendee
i. Open NECASE email and click on the link
ii. You might need to accept the invite
