Yoga has been successfully operated since COVID-19 and still in operation for the community engagement and benefitting ourself. The program runs on EVERY SUNDAY 8:30AM-9:30AM. Our community life member Mr. Narayan Khanal, experience and learn yoga teacher, teaches and guides us for the yoga. The program is running virtually since COVID.
